This dinner is open to everyone who is interested in a great evening of food and conversation.  Donata will send out an e-mail advertising this dinner.  The reservation will be for 7:15 pm.

Discussion

It was decided at this meeting that a sub-committee of the social group will be involved in the Congresso.  Rob Clocchiatti, Renzo Rigutto and Luis Simeoni have agreed to take on the role of organizing the September 2012 Congress.  They will form their own meetings to discuss the congress.  The social group meetings will continue with the usual monthly meetings.  It was decided that all future meetings will take place in the restaurant either on Wednesday’s or Thursday nights the first week of each month.
In the future, any decisions of how the social group funds should be spent will be discussed and decided at the meetings. 
As in the past years the social group will be donating $50 towards a gift for the Babbo Natale event.
